Sometimes getting up in the wee small hours is soooo worthwhile!! After a day out treasure hunting on Friday I was still in the zone so on Sunday morning I made my early morning swoop on my favourite market and came up trumps!!I founds glomesh!!a lovely bag, little lighter and OMG the MOST amazing vintage Rhinestone belt (oh for the days whan I had a waist heheh) and two DIVINE English EPNS serving dishes...SOOO Elegant!! Later Sunday my MM and I took a drive out to the country and found a great garage sale YAY so here are the treasures I found!! The groovy retro bedspread is amazing it came in its own purpose made case and had not even been taken out since it came from out from Italy in the late 60's WOW. Loving enamel ware as I do its gonna be hard to part with the darling little pink candle stick holder but with lots of expenses looming on the horizon I MUST be strong and list all my treasures this week. Sigh!! The gorgeous Eiderdown above is from one of my very favourite sellers Tamarah!!
Hiya!! Samantha here!! I have been in love with all things vintage for as long as I can remember and after spending over 20 years raising three gorgeous children I have decided to turn my hobby and passion into a business. Shoestring Splendour was actually born many years ago as a little hobby that allowed me to treasure hunt and decorate my house and move on the pieces I no longer wanted. I am now a registered business and am very excited that I can bring my customers beautiful pieces and help with decorating problems and ideas!!
